Although there is a few errors there is certainly something in the rumour, would Wakefield be entitled to a fee or Leeds though?

| There come a point when a club has to make a stand to show players that the club is one to be at. If we sell him we show a lack of ambition which will turn off better players coming to us. Stick to your guns Wakey, keep him and build a team around him, Aiton, Smith, Raleigh and Kirmond for the next 3-4 years.

As far as I'm aware he isn't Trinity's to sell.

Unfortunately nowadays in sport the player has the power and if they want to leave there isn't much clubs can do about it.

| Maybe Leeds and Wakefield already have agreed that he was to be a Wakefield player next year but didn't announce it as agreed. Then Hull have come in and because of this agreement they have had to approach Wakefield. If this part is true i would be glad that Wakefield were doing their best to keep him and if not getting a big chunk for him.

| This looks like a mash-up of old news and a bit of supposition.
Personally, I hope we see off Mr Pearson - I don't like his arrogant attitude or his belief that he can wave a magic chequebook to get his pick of players from other clubs.

Certainly doesn't look to be too accurate
Quote: Khlav Kalash "Amor joined the Wildcats from Leeds at the start of the 2011 season on a three-year contract.
At the time, the Rhinos wrote a clause into the deal, allowing them the first option on him at the end of this season.
The date to activate that clause has now passed, triggering the final year of his contract and making him solely a Wakefield player.
'"
I thought he spent 2011 on loan with us, then the 3 year deal was signed from 2012 with us definitely having him on loan for this year and then Leeds could recall him for the remaining 2 years of the contract (ie 2013-2014).
However this deal, which was billed in the press as innovative, has proved to be nothing but confusing for everyone from day one.
I still have no idea whether Kyle is now our player or Leeds' player.
Indications from people speaking to Kyle are that he is happy here and wants to stay yet that article says he has agreed personal terms with Hull and we are now fighting them for a bigger fee???
I just wish someone would actually come out and tell everyone exactly what is going on with Kyle's deal.

It does appear that Mr Pearson has got his player recruitment plans straight from Uncle Ken at Huddersfield.

| Hull have been rumored to be signing everyone this year, not all of them come off, let's hope this one can be added to the unsuccessful list.
Their local rag is at the forefront of all this speculation so it cannot be taken as in anyway factual.
Fingers crossed.

| I know its just a rumour, and technically he's not our player. But if we don't stop clubs like Hull and Huddersfield from cherry picking our best players then we'll never be truly competitive. I hope we're offering him a good deal to keep him here.

| The best thing we can do to convince him to stay is progress in the playoffs.

| Cant see how we have much of a say in this one TBH. I hope we have taken into account Kyle's value to our squad and added interest from other clubs and made him a good offer.
If Hull are paying silly money and Leeds have a legal right to sell him on, thats life.
He's never been our player, but we have had two cracking years from him, and i'm sure he will be missed.
On a different matter (but related) i was talking to a Loiner yesterday who had been talking to Big Ali, and he commented on what a "brilliant atmosphere it was at Wakey, one of the best he had experienced".
Maybe this will help us keep hold of players such as Kyle Amor?

That is truly great to hear. As I've often explained to my dad, it's not just money which should motivate you to work. You've got to enjoy what you do, who you work with and where you work. Money can't buy that and for me a combination of those without necessarily the highest pay is the best combination. Sometimes the big bucks are for the hardest or most impossible job.
Well said Ali and please stay Kyle, we love you.
