| I would have to say enclosed for a couple of reasons, no swirling wind getting in from the corners,it creates a better atmosphere when its full like at the KC and unlike the JJB.

| I ask the question because, I assume, we would all opt for an enclosed stadium.
But lets say that building an enclosed 12,000 stadium will cost £18M and building an enclosed 15,000 stadium will cost £22M.
However building a 15,000 open stadium would also cost £18M
Are we all happy to sacrifice the 3,000 extra seats in order that we may have an enclosed stadium over an open one?
Are the designers, developers giving us the "Keepmoat" like stadium we have all raved about at the expence of capacity?

As for the question, enclosed.

I for one would have a 15000 open stadia instead of a 12,000 closed one.
If we did get an enclosed 12000 stadium would we / how easy would it be to extend that number if necessary.

| if its gonna be a 12,000 cap then it will be an open end stadium, because of the design, if you have a closed oval type then its obvious you will have to have more seats to go all the way round to enlose the pitch, hence the 15,000 at the keepmoat

| 15k, Don't think we could fill it tbh. 12k is just the right size for us at the moment. Untill our home support picks up i would not think about a 15k stadium.
enclosed any day of the week, the atmosphere would be way better.

Makes no difference, so long as they build the ability to expand into the original plans.
Enclosed for me.
Where is that enclosed stadium clan?

| My Initial thoughts were that building a small capacity stadium
meant building something rather basic.
I suppose it all comes down to how much money you have to spend
but on doing a little research I found a number of stadiums
of simular capacity that have real character and identity.
11,00 Capacity
15,000 capacity
10,250 Capacity

| I would prefer the corners to be open, for the sake of the pitch.
It will be a new pitch, and not have the decades of growth, drainage and other growy things that BV has, that TRB and his ilk know all about.
.
It (the pitch) will need all the TLC that Mother Nature can give it.
