| Quote cockneywildcat="cockneywildcat"To be honest adam we need a new ground with a roof over all sections and then we will get the noise going.

exactly.....we need our own 'south stand'..i know we slate them, but...
They're always there in numbers....
They're always vocal....
They're good for the odd decision or two...
They're good for player moral...
They're good for atmosphere...
They're good for the club...How much money does the sound stand bring in for leeds a season? 5000 season tickets? matchday gumph, away ticket sales, merchandise....
..dont come back with the 'oh yes because its leeds' speech....all teams who have such a stand down one side of their ground can sway the odd refs call, when 5000 folk all shout 'forward' at the same time it sometimes sways a refs call, especially those inexperienced ones....
lets be honest, everyone needs their own version of the south stand!!!!

Deffo, if we had one at BV it would be great but sadly we don't!
When we get this new ground the atmosphere should be rocking every week with cover!

| Only read the thread upto about page 8 or 9 so sorry if any of this has been covered.
As someone who sits near the away fans (I'm 21 and not a chav, so don't judge me because I sit in Hulls chav corner ) I wasn't exactly sure as to why the first patch of people were chucked out. But having read what your fans have to say on it I can fully see why now. End of the day the stewards always seemed to be telling the group off for something before some got chucked out. Agreeing or disagreeing with what the stewards were saying doesn't matter, it wasn't obvious the group were been warned.
Also I don't think the stewards are a problem either. It's not the past 2 or 3 visits now that stewards have thrown out some Wakey fans. It very rarely happens at the KC with away fans, it just seems to be a problem with Wakey recently.
It's not that I'm saying Wakey have the worst fans or anything, as I don't feel that its that big a problem anyway and think some of you are overreacting with how serious it is. All it takes is stewards to warn them, and if they don't listen, to remove them. Afaik these types of young chavs don't exactly cause problems when you play us at your ground so it seems to me that they just try and act all hard because of segregation. All I suggest you do is complain to stewards more if it happens in future fixtures.
Also, I think you brought between 1.2k-1.5k fans, but unfortunately, not more than Cas brought this season

| To be honest all clubs have small groups of idiots like these, seen em at loads of away games over the years, I don't really think it's that big of an issue. If you gob off and the stewards pull you and then you gob off at them or continue gobbing off you get chucked out ( what does that meercat say, simples!!!!)
It seems to me as long as there's a few wiser heads around (and being wiser than them lot ain't gonna take much is it???) then they usually calm down and are kept in check, one day they'll grow up and turn into normal fans.
They mean no harm, they aren't throwin cans (hullKR) they aren't spitting (catalans) they aren't half as bad as a lot of these muppets that support various clubs, and they are a very very small minority.

yeh I also remember a Hull fan getting chucked out at the Brewery cause of a Hull fan started on one of ours. And others were thrown out because they started to get agressive.
