| Dont forget Dale has had another 12 months of training and healthy diet,he is getting stronger each year and developing into a class player. He will be very much sought after in the near future, we need to sign him up long term. His progress is just fine to be witnessed by all in 2012,exciting times ahead.

| And the good thing about this backline is even if we add 1 more threequarter to the list of backs there is still room to blood the likes of Walshaw and Cowling when injuries do come. Cant wait for next season.

Top six 2005 - Trinity.: |
|
| For me morton in his 3rd season full time needs to show some improvement. He's ok as a wing option but I would start with cockayne.
I think Morton is capable of making the grade as a solid SL wingman but whether he does we will see.

| I think some are being a bit unfair on Dale Morton. Ok sometimes last season he was found wanting in some areas but he did have tommy Lee on his side, and was left exposed on many occasions.
Anyone who thinks foster is a better winger are kidding themselves. He plays for a top side who win a damn sight more than they lose, and foster is usually on the end of a move with a simple touchdown from a metre or so out.
He does not take the ball up as hard or as often as Dale Morton, and he makes the headlines for his kicking ability.
If Foster was playing at Wakey last season then he would probably be the topic of discussion right now for his failings.
Take the kicking away from Foster and play him in a bottom of the table team.....he would just fade away into history.

| Morton needs to bulk himself up and give up the brain farts, then maybe he will kick on. Big season for him, hope he goes well because the potential is there.

So am I , I think he'd be a good signing for us. Agar doesn't think the same though by all accounts.

Agar is as unpopular with hull fans as David Cameron is atm.Our new owner claims he has proof that along with the Hetheringtons,he was involved in Leeds signing Luke Briscoe behind his back!! I can only guess it was a revenge thing for being relieved of his duties,by Pearson. It will certainly be a hostile KC when you visit us!!!

Then let him prove it!
Grandstanding in front of the fans with bold statements is all that adds up to unless he's prepared to corroborate his statement with some evidence.
Hull FC and it's fans are in danger of becoming a joke with their continuous finger pointing at Richard Agar. If he's responsible for half of what he gets accused of his middle name would be beelzebub, he'd carry a pitchfork and have horns on his head.
Get over it, you're like a jilted girlfriend from Essex who can't stop bitching about it to anyone you think might listen.

| If Agar was as bad as the FC fans seem to think, they'll stroll into the top 8 this year, so we'll see.
By the end of the season i think Hull will be in a similar position to last season, and we will be in a much better position than last.
That doesn't mean Agar is a brill coach from our point of view, but neither does it back up the Hull fans.
I think they need to get over Agar and worry/concentrate on their future, because they are miles away from being the top club, some of them think they are, not that i think they aren't capable of being one.

I would hope that Mr Pearson has a) some proof to back up his bold claim and b) access to good legal services.
I'm getting increasingly weary of Hull FC fans and their constant whining, especially since the new owner appears to have caught the same disease. Given the supposedly amazing season you're going to have next year, one would have thought there would be an air of optimism about the place, a bit like there is here.
My fondest hope is fast becoming that Hull FC make absolutely zero progress next season; perhaps then some of their more hysterical fanbase will realise that Richard Agar was not the only thing preventing them from enjoying the success they clearly think they deserve.

If you are not part of the solution then you are more likely part of the problem...: |

Pearson will have both.
Agar may well have been hampered by our last board by all accounts and it will be interesting to see how he goes at Wakey. Good luck to the guy but not many were sad to see him leave Hull FC.
Regards Luke Briscoe I would point out that our last game of the season was the play off defeat at Headingley which by all accounts is a fairly big game and Agar picked young Luke as 18th man. I must point out that Luke Briscoe has never been within touching distance of the first team and may not have even made the U20's this year. We have fringe players like Green, Cunningham, Kent and Lyne (full time pros) who would all have expected to take the 18th man role as they had for most of the season.
Bearing in mind this game was a few days before Lukes move to Leeds became official you can see why his selection alone annoyed alot of Hull fans. What if a player had got injured in the pre game warm up? Luke Briscoe was simply not ready for the first team so why pick him?
As for predictions on our respective seasons I will stick my neck on the line and say Hull will be challenging for a place between 5-7 and Wakey will fight it out for the final play off spot 8th.

I believe Dowes is on honeymoon at the moment....saw his wedding pics in my twitter feed last week Have heard he's close to getting fixed up on return.
Seems to be some discontent amonsgt Wakey fans towards FC....I for one really wanted it to work out for Agar, even up until the beginning of last season. However he failed to get the best out of the players he had at his disposal, regardless of how much under investment he had to contend with from the Hetherington regime..so a clean start for him and us...everyone's happy.
Yes the Luke Briscoe fiasco has left a sour taste in our mouth's, especially if certain people are indeed involved....but let's face it people were bigging Tommy Lee up at that age and I'm sure we would both agree he didn't end up being a world beater so nothing lost yet.
Good luck for the new season, I really think you will make the eight....as for FC I think we will finish 6th or possibly 5th....like people rightly say we have no divine right to success just because we are a big club.
