Hi, i don't often post on here but i was genuinely disappointed at the whole PB thing (the game, as much as it was a shocker, i do love the fact that us Wakefield fans can still find humour in adverse times!) As BigAl states (on the other page) it was the big bald guy that was throwing abuse towards the dugout and generally about the team, but the thing that rattled a few cages for the fans who heard it was the fact that Beans did not direct his frustration towards the one fan inparticular, he used the choice of words "All you lot..." before his outburst. I looked at my friend in shock thinking "We've said jack s**t and we're getting abuse from our assistant coach!" Even my mate looked at me and asked "What have we done? I'm not going to get into the whole argument of if Kear & Co should go, let's be honest there has been plenty of discussion on here about the pro's and con's, and i'm a great believer in there is no black and white areas, everything is grey (sounds like a mundane world that i live in!) It could have been a bad choice a phrasing from PB to be fair, heat of the moment and all that, but my thoughts simply by the end of the game were, concentrate on getting our team to perform and up to scratch, don't try picking petty slanging matches with disgruntled fans who do technically pay his wages (even though he denied this in his rant), so do have a right to voice their opinions about the product we are seeing...'" dont be so touchy mate, i think we all know hes coments were directed at the big mouthed balled bloke and hes mates who usally slag everyone off even the kit man not saying i agree with bad laungue but i can see him sicking up for the boys , dont know what the big deal is? , the guy is only human he knows the boys are doing it tough at the moment i must admit i feel the same as him , i'd rather those that suport the team turned up and the ones that want to slag the team off stay at home and save thier brass if they carnt stand the heat stay out of the kitchin... |

The bloke who i thought it was aimed at (bald bloke) he's been home and away for as long time, many many years, don't speak to him but always thought he was a ok, anyway i don't have any idea what provoked the abuse from PB so i'm keeping out of it.
Its a tough time and we all want our views heard but if people just go to maon and have a go they may as well not bother.
Its all rather sad. |

In the 'balled blokes' defence he stated that he would be a Wakey fan long before and long after beans and co had moved on.
He also got a similar response from james lowes when he was warrington coach. |

I don't think he should have used that language but I'm with him all the way. It's bad enough turning up to watch loss after loss but some people didn't give the team a chance before they started to slag them off.
Get real. We are a good Championship quality side that has been found out. We got wins before the other teams got going. If you want to blame someone have a go at Ted. The players did try today but are not good enough.
Role on next year which ever league it is.
