Mr Box a Cas fan getting in the way of Wakefield building a new ground. How come Cas don't have a new ground with being fortunate enough to have Mr Box has a fan?

What groundworks? When I drove past the other day it didn't look much like any groundwork was done at all! Just an old sign with woodworm that's been there for a good 3 years! Land has possibly been prepared but not specifically for a stadium! If you fail to come up with the dosh I'm sure an other project in time will be benefit from the so called groundworks.

Although we've just signed a contract to state the stadium is going there.......? Wake up mate, the fact is a stadium going to be built there. No, there are issues to overcome in getting the funding, look at Hickson's for example.

These have not moved over the past year or two hence the delays.

You mean you've had planning permission for 3 years and you never had the land to build on? mmm sounds fishy to me! I personally think you've had this contract since outline PP was granted. Dickie Wright had to tell the fans something in his panic statement (the on a couple of days after Wakey told Cas to do one!)

Even if you have just signed a contract to have exclusive rights to that land I'm pretty sure it will be time sensitive. It's not like Waystones are going to keep the land undeveloped for ever. It certainly not a fact that a stadium is going to be built there. If you don't provide the dosh in a certain period of time ( 3 years already gone) I'm sure the land will be turned over to a project thats does have the dosh. The clocks ticking..

I'm under no doubt about that one. September is our Waterloo at least we will know one way or the other. For Cas with this never ending funding crisis it could in reality go on for ever.
