There were no parking cones on Claremount. Just on Denmark Rd which is where i saw the cars. We were ticketed for blocking the pavement. But for them just to walk past the car and not to say that we were committing an offence is darn right cowardly. |

no doubt they reached their monthly quota for dishing out parking tickets which is almost certainly why they were there! |
