The players to leave, if there are any, identify themselves by 3 main criteriaSalary
We need to offload wages to reduce future overheads

Transfer Value
We need a cash influx ASAP

Contract Length
Valuable players who could walk for free in the next 12 months unless we cash in now

Any players who tick all three boxes are prime candidates for transfer.

Backing out of the Tuson deal will only affect the first criteria but could seriously and detrimentally affect season ticket sales and prove to be a false economy.

Hypertheticaly
If Amor was on 70K but we could get 100k transfer for him it would make sense to let him go and sign another prop on similar money or less. We reduce future overheads and we'd alleviate the budget by £100K

Yeah but where do we find a prop as good who is prepared to come? Few better in Superleague on this years showing.

He's very close to being the best in SL imo and would be a massive loss.

Just picked up on this, does not sound good, seems to be more to the story than has been announced. The players are accepting this is the last game as a group.

He would be a massive loss but if he commands a fee that is close to his ability/worth then I'd rather lose him than lose the entire club.
Just because we need investment though we should not sell him for less than what we believe he is worth. He is good enough to be wanted by several teams and we should be maximising the revenue we can get IF we do have to sell him

Oh I understand what you are saying but we won't sell many season tickets on the back of it.

After listening to that interview it just sounds as though all your players have already been put on notice doesn't it.

I did say hyporthetically,

However, if Amor was to go I agree we would be extremely lucky to find someone nearly as good but that's the state of affairs we find ourselves in.

Looking at the positive angel for once, Amor came to Trinity under difficult circumstances, his departure could enable Trinity to recruit another young prop hungry for an opportunity. Unlikely, but there is a precedence.

Don't know about who should be the next to leave but that blood sucker Elston should have been the first taking his wife with him, all that man has done is Stabbed Francis Stephenson in the back continue with the Richardson regimes business ethics spend money put in place by Mr Glover who on his own admission knew nothing about Rugby and lets be fair has been led a merry dance by this jumped up rugby league wanna be.

I have been called on here in the past by many saying i have had a vendetta against this man maybe its because I saw what this idiot has proven himself to be a long time ago.

Amor & Kirmond cannot be replaced in my opinion. Cockayne, Collis, Aiton etc all can. We should have given more opportunities to our youngsters who will now become key players if they decided to stay. Walshaw, Annakin, Wildie will now be Agar's best friends. Hopefully Cowling and Kaye haven't signed for anyone.

But there is plenty of reason to remain positive. These youngsters will thrive in the limelight. We may not make the playoffs but I still can't see us finishing in the bottom two either

I think you'll see Kyle Amor in a huddersfield shirt next season.
