Will be interesting to see how they deal with the North Stand terrace structurally! I suspect they might put a line a columns along the walkway and cantilever the remaining roof over the bottom section. This will provide a better view for all spectators as the ones at the bottom will have no obstructions at all in their view and the viewing angles from the rear section will mean that the majority will also have an unobstructed view, unless you stand right at the back.

I was thinking more along the lines of the whole terrace (up to the pie shop on the steps), I understand why this is impossible but it would be nice.

that's what I meant. On both sides of the touchline bar that's the reason given for not being able to have the stand run the length of the western terrace.

When Sky decided that they needed a clear view of the in-goal area, couldn't we have just moved the gantry forward a few feet? it would have barely dented the price.

Exciting times. Mr Glover and Elston allways seem to listen to peoples views so it will be nice if people could mention problems with the shop to them. The roof will make a excellent atmosphere cannot wait !
