| Quote: TRB "Not at all, there were many aspects of that regime that I disagreed with, but mostly kept them away from here in respect to the position I had at the time.
Whilst still campaigning for the stadium (and we had a significant meeting just this week) I no longer share any of the deeper understanding of where the club is going - in short, I no longer no what the gameplan is. On that basis I am free to review what occurs and interperit it as I feel is appropriate. People like 'Jack' above can be miserable sods at times, but are they wrong? The same could be said of Mopsey last year - and yes, I did think that at the time.
I assume Glover has a gameplan - there is enough evidence of that, but I feel that there is a massive a fundamental flaw in that the product is sheite! There is nothing about which warms my heart, nothing for me to hang on to - nothing!
So my view is (with respect to both parties) that we have gone from frying pan to frier. Ted got the stadium bit right, and even did remarkably well on the playing side with the funds available. Andrew has got the business in much better shape but has taken time to buy into the stadium (now resolved) but has done nothing to convince me about the playing side of the club - far from it in fact, and I fear that what has occurred is that John has been given a greater say in matters when in fact he works better when he has someone to balance his views.
Put it this way, there is little evidence to suggest that anything will change for the positive if we don't change course - and that has little to do with the previous regime!
isn't that JK's jobs to look after the playing side of it, just like any Club. You seem like you want to put this on the toes of Glover but last years performance when Ted was around and with better players were just as bad. What do you mean with your last sentence, what's this change in course we need?

| Whether you want to believe or not, the signing of Semi Tadulala was a huge backward step for your club. Tadulala is 30 + was signed from a union club that got relegated. This send out the wrong message to the players. Who's idea it was to sign Tadulala i don't know, but who ever it was should leave the club, NOW.

I don't think there is anyone who thought the signing of Tadulala was a step forward.

Semi couldn't get a regular start at Leeds Carnegie and I believe when he was at Gloucester he didn't start many so what anyone thought he could do for us god only knows.
He was OK in his time but that time is well past.
Give the kids a go - hopefully it cannot get any worse. I will watch a side try and fail but cannot bear to watch a side that is not trying.
Thankfully, at the start of the season, I decided away games for a family of 3 would be a drain on my ever decreasing budget.

I'm sure if you go through some posts some wakey fans at the time thought the signing of Tadulala was a positive step. Anyway every black cloud has a silver lining and i hope for you wakey fans that the silver lining is what you hope for.

One, that I can remember; if you want someone to through the posts though, you're going have to do that yourself.

I don't blame Andrew for where we were at the start of the season - I do think we could have done more since then and I don't accept that we just can't!
Re the Ted comment - that was based over the whole of his tenure - admittedly it was more fun having your toe nails pulled out than watching that lot last year!
Re the change in course - if you continue doing what you're doing then you'll always get the same result. I would suggest that change is required and quickly, otherwise we are going to be humiliated on a grand scale!
I do however believe that we have the talent within the group to play substantially better than we are doing and we need to find a way to empower the players to feel that way. I regret that signing Tadulala, and Hickey too, has helped to break the bond between the group of young lads we had put together who shared a common purpose and must now be wondering what that purpose was. Bad times!

I can't be bothered to do that, plus it would be embarrassing for the posters after such a pathetic display today.
I'm convinced now that Wakey will be playing in the Championship next season, and i think they should use this period of time to Get their stadium, coaching and playing staff sorted out. It might be an idea why they were playing in the championship to have a squad of only British players. I'm sure that wakefield if they have their stadium sorted out will back in Super League for the 2015 season.
