C'mon, we can't blame get ref prior to the game, get the chip off our shoulders, the refs are as impartial as is humanly possible, all games are video'dso if a ref does his job badly he'll be demoted.
The best team on Saturday will win, simple as, it's usually the team that's been beaten (which we have all season) that whinge about the referees.

No pre-made excuses; play fast and hard and don't give him any excuse to penalise us - he's a sensitive soul and really over-reacts to any extra work in the ruck, so that needs to be avoided; he will ref the game at SL speed though, so Leigh will be under extra pressure to clear the ruck and get back the ten, at a pace that they're patently not used to, and can't maintain for the full 80.

Ideally, we win by such a convincing margin that even Mr Child can't affect the outcome.

It's a tough game Rugby League. I reckon our lads should be able to stand up to the big bad Leigh forwards. There is a lot of created uproar about how "over rough" they are but they are just playing rugby and it's down to us to handle it. The ref can do his job without us worrying about it.

We should be looking to be ahead early so any poor decisions don't affect us. (Unfortunately, Leigh may well have the same game plan)

Rubbish, he penalised us because we're not professional or bright enough to just play inside the rules, if you speak to Fans of a team deemed underdogs their speccis always feel hard done by, that's how it is in sport!
