The most conservative of saints teams would look something like:
Makinson
Dawson Wheeler Percival Swift
Hohaia Wilkin
Amor Roby Laffranchi
Jones Manu
LMS
Masoe Richards Flanaghan walker/wellens/hand/charnock
With lomax, Walsh, walmsley soliola and turner to fit in if fit

Western terrace is where the away fans now go and although segregation will only be in force for certain games this season the western terrace is where away fans are encouraged to go.

| Why the western terrace, up to last year, behind the sticks was the away end. I have stood there for many years. Why the change. It has caused nothing but hassle.

Because now behind the sticks is the home end since the roof has been built and due to a few flash points in the 2012 season away fans now go on the western terrace although segregation will been relaxed from what it was last season apart from a few games.

I've always stood on the north terrace, glad you away riff raff have been given the elbow tbh. The club couldn't exactly build a new roof and then leave it for the away fans to enjoy.

Behind the sticks may have been where you stood, but it has never been an "away end"
It's been a long time since it has been anything but "an end" as we are a 3 sided stadium.

Wildcat's warmth and fellowship to opposing fans is immense. Why don't you take a leaf out of Hull KR's book. They built a brand new stand with all mod cons and invite away supporters to frequent their facilities.

Why not indeed. Position/stick them behind the sticks where they can't 'help' the referee offsides and forward passes

I'm happy to buy you a bag of crisps at half time if that helps with our away fans welcome?

Leaf from hullkr ? lets think about that last season stood at ground level 30yards from game, we needed field glasses to see the game, up till that point away fans were forced into an uncovered seating area and not allowed to stand even in the pouring rain stared out by some of the baldest ugliest aggressive stuarts in superleague

Yeah? Where's our invite to your off-centre stand? Or do we still have to stand in the elements?

| The title of this thread and content of this thread may put a fair few travelling fans off, not really encouraging them to come is it. Bit like MC on twotter the other week, prior to the Bradford game, saying we might have to close the gates. Anyone in two minds regarding coming may think - I'll not bother.
Get the buggers here and worry about any 'problems' when they are here

That's all ok, unless you have travelled 60 miles just to be turned away at the gates.
It is right to advise fans to buy their tickets in advance and then we need to let people know if the game sells out.
If we get to Saturday and there are only a handful of tickets left, we need to stop people travelling to the game without tickets.
