1 They have put out an update now that they have the real thing, rather than just the 2 samples.
2 For financial reasons - too many variants would be too costly, so they have gone with the one most requested.
3 The fans shirts are never the identical to the players shirts - and most people would not, in reality, want to wear such snug fitting shirts as casual wear.

Hey - if you're disappointed then you're disappointed. Don't buy it - but I reckon many will! I generally wait to see the players in them first - that way I get to find some affinity with the new design, but that's my personal stance.

Last years shirt was not the same as the players shirt and i don't seem to remember everyone complaining then.

Also i hope the people who are moaning have bought the shirt otherwise they are complainig about things other people have bought and are going to buy and to me that seems a bit pointless.

The collar fitting and material were different on last years playing shirt compared to the last years replica shirt.
