Simple solution to this problem from this game onwards- send tickets to visiting clubs labeled "East Terrace Standing". That way we get to claim the North Stand & visiting fans know their place, so to speak.

Giving any of the North Stand to away fans is a huge mistake IMO & will only end in trouble. Probably today with the track record of Castleford Tigers & their "fanbase".

All the back biting by just about everyone on this thread is pathetic. It is a game FFS. Whoever wins will only be 2 points in front of the other, hardly do or die stuff.
At best the timing and content of the announcement on the Wakefield website was naive; at worst inflammatory and has only fanned the flames of previous problems between the clubs.
Both CEO's need to learn a lesson from this, and other events in the last 12 months and stop the bickering; it's making things worse.

why can you not stand toe to toe with the people you stand toe to toe with at YJL games where to be fair a lot more is at stake . Its our own flesh and blood.

Its this segregation that fueled soccer hooligans , if i said to you that you views were not very good and finished it off with a ! you may reply with a ! in return and use you right to reply.

If i said it from behind a fence giving you the nescafe jive you may after 4 trinity brews feel like scaling the fence instigating your friends to join and maybe chose a different right to reply.

and the sad thing is that is a million miles away from anything Ive ever seen from the said poster.
