How do we get to the current (Last) page on the topic being viewed?

The new format does not show what page you are on... I've been trying to find the most recent posts on several subjects but am very confused by what I'm seeing

Slow and clunky still with loads of pop up adverts and videos across the screen.

I’m still trying to figure out what all those symbols are at the top of the box when posting a reply such as this one, and where is the link “Return to Wakefield Trinity “that used to show after the last post on a thread.

I don't like the layout of the main index page nor the fact you now can't directly pick a topic page number from there.  Gone backwards but still usable.
