I thought it was more clinical than dull, you snuff teams out within the first twenty mins the game just flows,
there not a strong side in the league but started to throw the ball about more in the second half, their first half was litter with penalties it wasn't our fault if they was undisciplined

what a steaming pile of dog crap that Salford team are. I can say without any doubt they are the single worst team in SL history, up there with Leigh when they played SL.

Thought we were poor 2nd half, clueless and pedestrian, game was over at half time, other teams would have racked up 50 or 60 (warr / hudds / wigan etc.) we struggled to get the 8 we did.
Happy for the 2 pnts but think we'd have struggled today if we'd been playing anyone good |

mmmm intresting
but i take an opposing view, we used the position we had to give paul cooke some serious time with his new team, in effect we played a trial game for much of it, and for that it was valuable and of more use than leaving him on the bench and demolishing salford, in the long term.
Jk could not have bought that opportunity prior to the game. |

Playing a more competent side would've drawn out a different performance I'm sure.
Although Obst played well I think the loss of the chief playmaker had an affect on some of the decision making in threaten positions once the game was won. Having said that I think three tries were bombed which would’ve added a few more points on the board. |

I though the crowd was more than what was announed I was stood on the north bank which was fairly full both halfs and west terrace looked packed especially first half. Salford didn't bring many at all the Man U match might have stopped a few of them travelling, it looked a bigger crowd than the shudds match anyway and that was announced over 5k |
