| Quote: Manuel "I would say 100% certain that ALL players off contract will sadly leave and a new influx will arrive. This will be a book balancing issue. You cannot defend some of those on bigger bucks who are bang average most weeks and, if we do somehow manage to stay up, which is unlikely, we will be haunted by the same players rubbing our noses actually trying for their new clubs. I just wish we could keep our talisman DF.
Some of them need to be sent to Sheffield a.s.a.p. I used to book my holidays around fixtures, now, I couldn’t give a toss. Neither will I waste money on away games to watch utter gash incompetence.
Concentration, effort and commitment. Not much to ask for,is,it.'"
At the moment, on current form, there won't be too many that would get a super league gig

Unfortunately I can't see any announcements being made while we're in such a precarious situation in the league table.
We just have unconfirmed rumours about present players going elsewhere.'"
I think with the position we are in we will find it difficult to attract the players we need to attract, which I should imagine will be frustrating for all involved at the club. If we would of beat Toulouse and Leeds we would of been in a lot better position to give said players the confidence that we are in a confident and comfortable position to be in SL for 2023. Not sure about the announcements, but we definitely need abit of positivity to come out of the club.
Toulouse have bolstered their team with two decent new signings and just opened up another quota spot, so along with their current form, they will feel pretty confident in overtaking is surely. I still feel out team is far superior to Toulouse, yet we find ourselves in this position. We simply have players underperforming and some trying their ringers out, unfortunately sometimes you’re only as good as your lowest common denominator, I’m sure WP will know the craic.

The last two sentences sum it up for me!

| Hi Pat,just had a look at the Toulouse team away at Shudds the other night
1 Ashall-Bott
2 Matt Russell
3 Hankinson
4 Jussaume
5 Schaumkel
6 Albert
7 Corey Norman
8 Navarrete
9 Marion
10 Daniel Alvaro
11 Stefani
12 Andrew Dixon
13 Puech
subs
14 Cunningham
15 Harrison hansen
16 Sangare
17 Mitch garbutt
There is a lot of experience throughout that team and especially on the bench.I think before the season started I would have said we had a better team, but I think much closer now.The point being though,is that they are playing quite well, and we aren't.

| Just seen on Facebook, that there is another fans page out there now.
I've read some of the posts this morning, one that the stadium revamp us now in doubt. No funding until plot 8 has started, and it isn't been started.
If so, doesn't rain for us, it pours

| As far as I have read the funding has already been deposited, but who knows with this saga.

I think the RWB one was set up because North Standers was getting too negative for some fans using it. Conversely it looks like this TF one is in response to the RWB not being negative enough for some fans using it.

I’d heard this too, and it related the the financial side from Mackie, and that not a penny had being received to date. If true, a little concerning.
It did, however, come from someone who had a major fallout with MC a couple of years ago, so it could be a bit of sour grapes.
I hope they were wrong

| I hope they are wrong too.
There may be good reason. I guess we'll know soon enough.
However, if it is untrue, and just someone stirring things up, they should be named and shamed and if at all possible prosecuted.

| It really wouldn’t be a surprise if we don’t get the funding. The people the club have to deal with aren’t exactly known for being true to their word. Feel for MC and JM on this as they have worked so hard to get this over the line. I would have thought if the work was starting in 6 weeks then there would have been sone kind of communication from the club with a big push to promote the game against Wigan

Now that's just crazy talk! Be thankful we get a social media post detailing the kick off date and time.

| Well if its not true then its a pretty easy rumour to shoot down. I had heard there had been some ‘issues’ around the development, i took this to mean the problems re-siting the main stand occupants. Could it was something else i guess.
Anyhow i’d be delaying the demolition of the stand until after the last home game anyway. In our current predicament we need all the help we can get. I’m not sure one less noisy covered stand and likely less match attendees is going to be beneficial.

What happened to the overseas Quata rules ?
