How about this one for a pretend Wakey fan:

The ground we have is big enough, we haven't reached capacity in years and it would cost the club to build a bigger ground when we can't even fill the small one we have now. Plus our ground is few left of the classic grounds that we saw decades ago, and it would be a real shame to see that charm go.

On the last zoom meeting with MC & JM i think JM mentioned
That the other project (Yorcourt Henry boot)was going for planning permission ( not sure if its been submitted Yet) this will need to be approved too, is it necessary for this project to be supported the same way so that funding is gained for Belle vie...
maybe the club could advise either way?

Call me a cynic but I'd say no, I'd say that was a foregone conclusion if past experience is owt to go by.
