You sound like you know a bit more about what goes on behind the scenes, but unless performances improve, the club have to assess what impact this will have on season ticket sales for next year. Nick Fozzard has been brought in to bring more revenue to the club, he is going to have a difficult time to attract new sponsors to a club that lets people down on a regular basis. Isn't this what James Elston should be doing? Successful clubs attract investment. This is probably why we are a selling club, as it's easier to sell a player than sack a coach.

Part of the problem was the sponsor going belly up but part is the fact that we don't have the business knowledge running the club day to day. In my opinion Mr Glover puts his trust in people who are commited and hard working but lack experience and ability and it shows. I said when he left Cas that we should get Steve Ferres on board and my opinion hasn't changed. A Mr fixit is required otherwise it could be like a little piece of history repeating.'"
I fear you are right. From the word go, a^$£ and elbow sprang to mind. Well meant and hard working but did not seem like they knew what they were doing. Lots of little things like the bottle bar obstructing the East Stand walkway. Then a big thing with the tax. I just have an uncomfortable feeling we will be back revisiting our old nightmare again..hope I'm wrong

Look at the bigger picture, over the last season and a half Agar has had a 44% win rate by my calculations. What more do you expect with our budget, were just in one of them bad runs I'm pretty sure we'll pull it around even though we won't make the 8. Fans should have more realistic targets.'"
10% below where we should have been with the players we have had in my opinion. And never mind the percentages, look at the play...generally abysmal and disorganised with a few good perfomances out of 40+ matches. If Agar had more money, I'm not sure we would ever do as well as we ought. I wouldn't give him my money to spend

| I just think we need a defensive specialist adding to the coaching staff.

disney cat neverbefore as a more true word been spoken these two it has to be said built this team together and in my opinion Mr Agar esquire has deskilled what on paper looked a half decent time when first put together and as you know Elston is not my favourite person of all time as he will stab anyone in the back for his own personal gain Hull KR and Francis Stephenson Spring to mind, So yes out aith the pair of them Come on MR Glover your a clever man you must have picked up enough to run this club better than him by now.

| I preffered watching the waifs strays and kids play when the club was down the shoot and JK and PB managed to get the group to perform beyond their individual capabilities. This lot are a much more talented group but woefully underperforming. I wonder what the JK could have achieved with this group, pretty certain he would have had much more success than the current boss.

| The thing is JK isn't here nor I doubt will be coming back.. We'll all have our different opinions of what he will do with the squad but in reality we will never actually find out.
We just need to get behind the lads and hopefully the click and put some performances in so we stay above Castleford!

| I just don't understand why it's going so wrong at the moment. On paper we have a talented 19 or so players but although they've been playing together for 18 months they're playing like its the first time.
Defence is my biggest concern and I'd love to see the stats and know what the real issues are with the team.
Are the players and coaches working well together because their performances suggest otherwise, wonder if there is friction?

I think it may be a complacency issue, suffering from the so called "second season syndrome." It's up to Agar to arrest this as soon as possible.

| Its injuries and suspensions to key people, which have effected the team. As well as not playing together regularly, the obvious defects from last year that have not been fixed ie wingers and high balls.

What a load of old rubbish. You don't have a 7 game winning streak in SL and put it down to luck. WE managed to beat Leeds and Saints in that period. Of course were in a rut at the moment it happens, Agar coached us to over a 50% win rate last season, that's the first time since 2009 we achieved that and only the 3rd time since we've been in SL. People need to get real in their assessment of our their expectations. With our budget anything around 50% win rate is excellent. To call for Agars head at this stage of the season is crazy, the ability is there in team, it just seems a few players have dropped out of form at the same time along with other carrying injuries. I'm sure Agar knows what needs to be done. Lets get this killer of a game over with this weekend and see how we go against Salford and London.
Fans do really over react, I think last year fans thought we was going to progress higher then 8th, in reality that will never happen unless we have a bigger investment into the team. I can't see that happening anytime before Newmarket.
