We admitted full liability for the debt. We submitted a payment plan. A counter offer payment plan was agreed by the judge. It is a payment plan that is longer then a month hence it gets registered as a ccj.
Strangely enough if he had stuck to the original deal he would have had his money ages ago.
So all this then becomes public knowledge.

That is all fair enough and its good to have the explanation out there. Though its hardly a surprise that Wakefield fans are a little twitchy when something like this hits the public domain though given all the crap we've been through in the past!
