Yes but MC would normally come out and say it straight if it wasn’t true, so his comment does nothing to suggest it isn’t and the wording of the article was definitive in that Finn had signed for Bradford, so I would expect them to have done appropriate checking before stating as such

Not me - Finn has been great for us; I'm chuffed to bits that he'll be on the coaching staff next season.

I like this move by the club - Finn was exactly what we needed at the time he came, and has given his all to keep us in the mix - including playing some games with quite nasty injuries; it sends a strong message that we've rewarded his loyalty and effort with a coaching role. And I don't see it in any way as a token job - he's got loads to offer as an attacking coach and a mentor to the backs.

I was more worried he might want to stay on the playing roster. If we can afford an extra coach fair enough.

Or replace one of the assistant coaches?

Or full time with the 19`s
