Unfortunately Shudds won't be getting any of my money. Hopefully we'll get them at home in the Super 8s then I can attend the full 7 games. Hope we get Catalans away.

I'll be in attendance, any good pre match boozers near the ground? Usually get a pint in the ground. Bring on the £1 pies!!

The last teams we want at home in the top 8 play offs are Hudds and Catalans, crowds have been poor this season , we depend on away support, having our home match against Wigan on TV on a Thursday probably knocked 1500 paying Wigan fans of the gate receipts.
Not sure how the home tie / away tie thing works but pretty sure we get three home matches so best thing for the club would be Wigan Cas and Hull at home, then perhaps we can make a few quid. You know that the public of Wakefield will not show up so would be a real blow if we ended up with Catalans and Huddersfield as home games.

Looks like we need some positional changes this weekend then. A bit tricky to find the fixture format anywhere but one I found shows 6th place playing 3rd, 7th and 8th at home, and 1st, 2nd, 4th & 5th away.
Currently that would give us home games against Warrington, Catalans and Hudds.

That's 2 home fixtures with low away support then.

I am not so sure about Hudds, the last few games they have brought more than usual. Now the away support is generally down the West side it is quite easy to judge and I think there has been a few worse supported than Huddersfield.

We didn’t even open west terrace for them this season they didn’t bring many but was bad weather. In the past though they have brought more that Widnes and Catalans but that’s to be expected.

Grandkids watched game on sun and loved it so we’re off this fri, hope wakey put a shift in or it will be a long night, and two future fans looking elsewhere for their entertainment.
Not while I’m still breathing though !

That's would be a good 3, trouble is we may then get the awful Thursday night Sky slots, esp for Cas.

Chezzy is saying there will be a few personnel changes to the squad for the Shudds game.... icon_biggrin.gifOH:

Still, if its a niggle/fatigue thing, then that's that.

Go to the hull/wakey thread on the codhead board before yawl start mud slinging about swapping players out who might be a bit iffy.

Assuming that three is a few, in terms of away support, there have possibly been 3 sides worse than Huddersfield this year, Catalan, Widnes and Salford.
The good news is that Widnes and Salford are in the middle 8's, however, they could well be replaced by ,Toulouse and Toronto so, Huddersfiel might not be the worst we could have.
I dont know how it can be done but, we have to find more home support and whether this has to be done with another Catalan style ticket promotion, I dont konw but, given our league position, we should be getting more than 3500 home fans through the turnstiles.

Saints will come 1st
Wigan could land 2-3-4th
Warrington could be 2-3-4th
Cas could be 2-3- 4th and would expect a win (against Widnes)
Hull could be 5- 6- 7th
Wakefield could be 5-6-7 or 8th
Catalan could be 5-6 -7 or 8th
Huddersfield could be 5-6 -7 -8th

....... I think

Just think if for one reason or another Toronto, Toulouse and London all get promoted then Wakefield (and others) will be looking at four flat attendances
