Interested to see how you explain "new coach bounce back syndrome" - those pesky couple of wins that teams invariably get after appointing new coaches?

You are assuming everyone knows they are on sale, I for one never knew until my lad told me not that it matters as we are season ticket holders. Nothing would stop me going after over a year out watching on TV.

I think your response to trin77 was disgusting and not the sort of response that we should expect from a moderator on this forum and YOU SHOULD STEP DOWN!!! The lad/lass made a very good point.

Secondly, I make my own decisions thanks but as a moderator I can advise you that the best way to sort something out like that is to use the raise a ticket function and report your concerns to Admin.

Like I've said many times. I'd be happy if we got a better coach than Chester. It's just the reasons for people ditching him don't stack up for me, and especially the names that could replace him realistically.

What or how do you define a better coach than Chester. This is impossible unless you can see into the future, the only thing we do know are the performances whilst he has been in charge. I agree Chester is a known quantity but based on our position what have we to lose in replacing him unless you can guarantee that we will survive in SL if he stays.

Someone with proven experience and success.

If we get Ivan Cleary or Craig Bellamy, I'd say you can be confident they are better at their job than Chester.

If we put an assistant coach from Super League I think we will suffer.

I've always liked Ford at York.

So if we can afford better I'd welcome them with open arms. But just jumping for anything because you don't like Chester isn't enough for me. It's an important decision.

Mr Chester THINKS the Players he as brought in are S L standed A good Coach knows players that are S L standed and knows that if you got a good spine you should be ok

At the moment whoever coaches our under 19’s has a better win record this season than Chester. This is all hypothetical because we know Chester is going nowhere because he is backed by the board, well certainly until his contract ends when it will cost them nothing with the exception of our place in SL.

Are you saying you'd be happy to replace Chester with our u 19s coach?

To be honest we have giving more than enough time but no I was just being a little sarcastic. I guess if they haven’t replaced him yet they won’t, so on that basis we all have to hope that your knowledge of his coaching ability are correct. The alternatives are too shocking to contemplate for the supporters and the club.
