They’ve put a real good show on tonight, off field anyway. Must’ve been a great atmosphere at the ground.
First 25 minutes wasn’t the best rugby I’ve ever seen. FC lacking some structure, Morgan Smith definitely struggling early on.
Class to see Kelepi back on the field, absolutely unstoppable from 10m out in that position.

FC were terrible. Long season ahead for them by the look of things.
I don't mind being on the outside looking in for a change, more relaxing watching the games knowing
it doesn't affect us either way this season.

Totally agree, think sky must have been listening to the fans, the commentary was 100% about what was happening on the field, concise and accurate with no anecdotes about "the old days" and "bring back the biff" no irrelevance, very enjoyable, just need to get rid of Wilkin now. I thought Sam Tomkins came over pretty well if I'm honest. |

Now maybe I’m seeing too much but that Hull FC performance smacked of new players underestimating the level of RL played in the SL.
I’ve seen similar before when NRL brainwashed players come over here thinking it’ll be a cake walk cos SL is no better than bush rugby. Then the game kicks off and they find out the truth and get run over by players they’ve never heard of.
