Apart from Hall, who else are you blaming on Carter?
Murphy was not staying with an offer from NRL.
Batch went of his own accord and was already looking the year before.
Maybe Hampshire but I think that's more the price he put on himself.
Shaw and Croft were offered contracts but would rather take the money and not play. I guess we could have offered more but that would have limited others coming through.
Ayden probably a Hampshire thing and being with an agent who didn't want to work with us, maybe because if Carter, maybe the other way round but he still wouldn't get into the starting 17 you name.
Both Law and Pratt are better than Croft.
And 13 of the squad you name are with us now. Why would they be any better than current team.

It's easy with hindsight but keeping Hampshire would have meant we wouldn't have lost Hall.
But equally, as he was out injured for longer than Jowitt we may still have had to do the deal and had even more players on the sideline.

What has Carter done that caused Murphy to do his ACL?
That's pretty much the same side we have now. We'd still be bottom.

I think Carter did a hip drop on him in training. And then stamped on it. That's what I heard anyway.....

| Some on here are so naive, you really do accept v]everything the club (Carter) says even if you say you don’t.
Did I say that Carter was to blame for every player that’s left the club.
You can believe what you want about Batch, Aydin, Croft and Shaw, personally I know Carter and the players in question better than most on here so I’m happy I know what went on.
As for having the same team well had we retained some of the lads that have left we might not have been stuck with Proctor, Atoni and Taufua. Had Carter not stubbornly backed Chester for too long we probably wouldn’t be stuck with Linham for another.
So take their wages and make better overseas recruitment decisions adding some quality to the team I wrote down and we’d be in better shape than where we are now.

Well you certainly implied it.....so are you saying he isn't to blame?
And you could say the overseas thing about any team.
We are certainly suffering from some poor decisions on overseas players but it's easy with hindsight to call it out.
If you know them so well I'd have thought you would have advised them in who to get.

No he wasn't.
A previous coach, that he would never pull on a Wakefield shirt ever again, as long as Carter was at the club, as he doesn't like his Dad.
Therefore, nothing was ever offered.

I don’t “imply” things PT
If I know something I say it, unequivocally!

How does compensation work for players under 22 if relegated. The fact the club have developed them doesn’t change.
I would hope Eseh would give us a year though with loyalty. A full season in the championship at 20 would do him good (if full time).

The loyalty thing is unfair.
We need to make him an offer worthy of his consideration and he needs to decide if that's right for him given other team offers.
Loyalty doesn't count for me.

| But Whitbread needs to be the one try and keep.
He'll be the hardest as I actually feel he could play in NRL but I'd rather make him our marquee player instead of an old NRL star.

Not sure how that works in those circumstances, but he’s possibly our best young asset, I’m sure a few SL teams are interested
