I more than anyone badly think we need a prop but wouldnt want to sign one for the sake of it it ala trout who isnt good enough.

I’d rather have kept Annakin than sign Trout. I’m sure there are other options. I was impressed with Kilner. Maybe Holroyd from Leeds on loan as another option too?

I thought they had signed the NZ chap? Is Oledski still there and Prior? I haven’t really taken much notice on Leeds recruitment. I know they lost Cuthbertson.

I used to work with Ben Kilner’s dad, all big units!

Prior is a second/prop so he’s no different to Tanginoa.

Fair enough, I’ve only seen him play loose for Leeds and prop at Cronulla when he was there. That was only for one season though. Kilner would be a good option on loan though. Better than Trout I reckon. Shame we didn’t look at Jack Teanby. I’ve been impressed with Garratt at Dewsbury too when I’ve seen him play on the odd occasion.

London just announced signing of Navarette...hopefully that's a key domino to fall that leads to Battye being sold to Trinity.

Battye and free agent Tom Olbison would probably be decent prop signings..

This is Trinity, not Saints, Olbison would be just fine he’s a decent hard working player just the sort we need.

By the way we cant’ ‘take’ Harrison, he’s contracted to another club and may not wish to join us. Your view on RL is unbelievably simplistic.

Maybe we have looked at all these players and are just waiting for things to fall in place. It’s a very MC way of working and usually effective
