| Is Miller rested or dropped either way some of you have got what you wanted, let’s see how it goes. I note we are going with only one recognised number 9 again.

| I don't get the 'we should win' thing.
They still have Connor, Kelly and Houghton to guide them around.
They have some good speed in their back 3.
Im sure their young forwards will be keen too.
Our team has holes all over the place with players playing for the first time this year. Will not be easy at all.
And the bookies are biased. The odds are set to make you bet. Its not just about who's most likely to win though that clearly is a big part of it.

8082_1359018606.jpg I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_8082.jpg |

Its certainly not a case of Hull thinking Wakefield are a walk over and far from it but unfortunately Shaul, Tuimavave, Manu Ma'u & Jordan Johnston all picked up injuries in the Warrington game and Griffin and Faraimo both picked up knocks are not being risked with the short turnaround.
Will certainly be interesting with such a young Hull side that maybe hungry and one that looks lightweight but mobile. As a Hull fan its been the senior players that have been the ones not performing so hard one to call.

I don’t think it will be easy but think it has to be viewed as our best chance of a win so far this season. And whilst I agree all of the above are potential match winners you would say same about tupo , Hampshire , gigot , Walker lyne etc sadly we’ve seen what reputations are worth this season

I think it shows how big our squad is! When you look at the players missing, yet the 17 that will turn out should at least be competitive, it's about time the players that actually take to the field actually put on some kind of a performance, not be 20 nil down after 20 minutes, then a comeback and sob story because we couldn't quite do it! Let's at least hope we can go toe to toe for the first 60 then see where that takes us........

Josh Bowden has never been called a match winner in his life!

Maybe they're confused and not receiving the right direction from the coaching staff, see how easy it is to apportion blame.

Well if it's another heavy defeat then I fail to see how anybody can make excuses, there's a way to lose games, it would be nice to see some entertaining rugby win lose or draw, it would make a nice change to be entertained......

| There shouldn't be any excuses Wildmoggy which was my point, and my sarcasm was not intended at you btw, it would be good to see some entertaining rugby but when the players and the coaching staff aren't singing from the same song sheet then we have a problem, fans can sugar coat it all they want with the usual excuses over finances and injuries but there was no mention of these three week ago, either 30 players have got it wrong or the coaching staff, difficult for the CEO who has to keep finding the money for extra players while also asking players to take a pay cut, I'm sure that won't help matters either unfortunately.

Johnstone
Miller
Fifita
K.Wood
Arona
Ashurst
Batchelor
Kirmond
Atkins
Brough
I know the latter three may have played their last game but at the start of the season the majority of those would have been in any 17 so let’s not kid ourselves our first team are playing their 2nd team...
Surprised at a few of those missing after the extra week off we had but there ya go...'"
The question is are they actually injured or is some cases just being rested. If it is the latter then I honestly believe we are reducing our chances of winning albeit with the team Hull have put out we should regardless.

| So looking at the probable line ups and the backs...we’re assuming Hull are weak there and we have the edge. Who comes out on top of matching against each other?
Gigot v Wynne
Senior v Swift
Tupou v Fonua
Lyne v Scott
Kay v Naulago
Hampshire v Connor
Jowitt v Kelly
I’d say two clear for us...one about equal and the rest to Hull, so we might not have the big advantage everyone seems to think?
It’s a huge pressure game for both coaches and will probably come down to who handles the pressure most...

Has Chester come out and stated that's the position Gigot, Hampshire, and Jowitt will play in, or like others are you just assuming that
