| No player is bigger than the club. Shame Dave is throwing his toys out of the pram, but that is the risk with high profile names.

Someone has got to find the balls & sort this club out it was only a matter of time these so called "Superstars" left they want to win trophies & we're nowhere near that. I don't know who's job it is to do it but it's got to happen soon'"
I find that a strange post seeing as for the last x number of years that has happened anyway.
We all know why most players end up with us at Trinity.

| Doubt we’ll see him in our colours again. Thanks for the good times but it’s time to say goodbye.

The club and players have been more than generous with dave since he arrived at Trinity. Remember when his Mrs had a spot of bother with the law back in Australia, and Dave went back there for a spell. The club management don’t make the rules on the tracking device, but have to enforce the rules for the safety of everyone within the club. As usual, you do spout utter rubbish, and as for the club/players not having his back, just remember how well past/present players speak highly of the club for togetherness. One thing for sure, you don’t support Trinity, so why use this forum.

| Seeing the comments that Fifita is done, then let him go, nothing worse than having players around the squad that don't want to be there. No player is bigger than the club, and what its colours and badge stand for

| This doesn't surprise me to be honest.
Someone did say a couple of years ago on here, that he is a loose cannon and gets away with a lot, maybe all coming to light now. If this was the case then why has he been allowed to continue.
I would also guess that he is, the highest paid player in the squad, and this certainly wouldn't help team spirit. Could this be partly to do with the poor record in the past 30 or so games. Was he really out last year so long due to injury, or was it a bit of a smokescreen.

Apart from the fact that's not true.

| We dug him out of a hole when his NRL career was finished and tbf he went a lot better than I initially thought he would do as I thought he'd be a liability. Even tho he cost us a couple of pens & loose carries a game the good things he did in a game generally outweighed the bad and he managed to win round this old sceptic...only to go billy big-time on us and ultimately prove me right...pity really

| As said its the first time I've heard something I don't like about Fifita.
I'm supposed to be the one with Rose tinted glasses but given his lack of fitness, ongoing injury issues and now not wanting to do a pretty simple thing that helps the team from Covid point of view and health as a whole..... It might well be time to look for a replacement. He hasn't been the guy we loved to watch for quite a while.

| Very disappointed in him. Many sports players have made big sacrifices to get their sports up and running such as staying in a bubble away from their families and this seems a really silly stance to take. May be more to it that we will probably never know but he's certainly let down the fans with his actions.

If I was short sighted I could become a referee!: |
|
| Is this GPS tracker just the thing they have been wearing for the last few seasons during the game so they can measure metres run etc or is it something they have to wear 24/7 to check they are not going to the pub catching covid,,,.?

Not sure but usually located below the neck centrally. I can’t see how it’s a problem to be honest. Union players where them and are bigger and have more bodies on them adding more pressure. I can only assume that this move motivated.
