Got my email, but won't let me log on with my password. Also said I was on a free trial and at the end of trial would be charged if not cancelled. Sent a reply to attached email saying I had subscribed to Trinitytv, email returned as unknown address.

The "free trial" might be until December, as it might be a form of wording because of the change of supplier. In reality, it's as per before, if that's the case.
The email is from a "do not reply" email. |

It's a bit unclear, but I think you may have to reset/set a new password for the new site or use your online shop login if you have one. I did it this way.
I guess your old password still applies to the club website where trinity TV used to be?

Check your spam folder. My email software thinks the first one might be a scam and warns about clicking on the link.
First email has the heading "Welcome to the new home of Trinity TV" and has the link in the email. |
