I don't know him but some people can be very good at what they do but just can't handle the dream job when they get.

Surprising and disappointing if true as he's been doing a very good job and is well liked. Has helped oversee an improvement in the RFL's academy grading and that will bear fruit.

It looks like Richard Kelly has left his role at Wakefield Trinity.
I don't know why.

It's OK to discuss the consequences to Trinity, possible replacements even how well the job was done as you would with a player but it's not fair to guess or draw conclusions about why he left.
He's a real person and it's his job. Same for any of us. And it's covered by the AUP so please don't cross the line to make it personal.
I don't think that was anyone's intention so far.... I just want to make my point clear.....as I clearly didn't first time.
