TRB can hardly disclose the contents of a document that has yet to arrive.
Reading between the lines, I'm guessing it's not looking promising. I presume that it is something that Yorkcourt will say removes their obligation to do anything, and then it's up to the new owner as to whether they are willing to do anything themselves.

Even my eternal optimism is tested to the full after all these years. The faith put on some people / organisations has been misplaced and the appetite by those who have authority to bring these to book is not there. The time for a change of course in this process draws ever nearer, but there is still a 1 in a million chance that what will inevitably follow could be avoided. |

Call me naive but when the SoS rubber stamped the Newmarket development, I thought it would be just a matter of time, say a couple of years or so. How wrong was I and I bet a lot of others. |

Was in the car today on the stretch of road between Red Kite and Swan and Cygnet pubs.
Wasnt the original site meant to be around there when Paul Caddick wanted to invest in the club and build us a new stadium incorporating Yorkshire CCC
How it could have looked on and off the pitch if that was allowed to happen.

I thought it was Paul Caddick who scuppered that deal insisting YCCC honour the contract they had signed to play at Headingley, preventing their move to Durkar?
I know that the council were in favour of it until YCCC pulled out and then interest dwindled. |
