HKR at home, wont play as bad as they did yesterday in first half, tough set of forwards at home. They will win, IMO..

| Hull KR to win relegating Salford.
We then take Kopzcak and O Brien off them.

| Rumour on Salford board, is that Kopzcak has signed for Leigh but they have signed everything!
On Bulls board, some wanting Mullally back, this after loads said he was lazy and unfit when he came to us after being on loan at Bulls. Classic!
Should have posted this on 'five new signings' thread, sorry!

Why do you assume it's us these players will be coming to, especially O'Brian. I suspect a number of clubs in Lancashire would be interested in him which would suit him way more than us.
This is the unrealistic stuff I'm on about, it's not impossible but highly unlikely and just repeating it over and over again won't make it so.
Also he's not that good anyway.

Don't think O'Brian would be that unrealistic if Salford went down although I think there'd be a few clubs more likely to sign him than us if we were interested. Similar situation to when we ended up with BJB I would imagine.

Like who ? While at warrington he had loan spells at saints, cas, and widnes, ask yourself why any of them didn't come in for him when the wires let him go!
He is not that good.

| Thats exactly my point Cheshirecat, he can cover a few positions and is better than Grix and also considerably younger. He is also a very competent goal kicker.
I will also agree with other posters saying he isnt a great player but to be fair didnt get too many opportunities at Warrington. Given that most clubs other side of pennines are higher up the ladder than us with a higher calibre of player, why would they be interested if he is poor.
If we have Miller and Williams in the halves and Jowitt full back, then he would be more back up for those positions but to avoid the burn out situation our players have had this year then it would be worth rotating our squad a bit more so key players remain fresh for longer. I would only do this if the player coming in was good enough so that the first choice players missing are hardly noticed.
To me if it was Grix or Wood coming in I dont think that would happen

I'm off to bed now , but your saying clubs this side of the pennines have a better calibre of player than from yorkshire Look at warrington westwood, westerman, Atkins,Linneham or what ever is name is ! Look at wigan Bateman Mcallorum even young Hampshire them two teams have poached loads of young players from yorkshire clubs for years! So were does this better calibre come from.
Leeds and Cas are full of yorkshire lads.

| My point here is 4 teams above us from over the hills and only 2 in Yorkshire.

Not sure how you misconstrued what EW said, you must be tired fella. Obviously he was taking about the overall caliber of player of the teams over the Pennines have on their books, especially at Wigan, Saints and Wire, not where they originated from.

I hope Hull KR do win. They bring good numbers and the Hull derby is a great SL fixture.
Said before Kopzcak would be a ideal signing but he would be a for a few clubs also.

| For the good of the game - HKR; Salford, sadly, have added nothing to SL, other than their clown of an owner dragging the game through the mud at every opportunity.
