Since he has been here he hasn't got to play in a full team because of injurys to the other forwards. So he as been doing more work and longer minutes making him less affective

I think he's been a breath of fresh air in our team. Clearly loves his rugby and with the exception of his debut in those atrocious conditions he has put in some big shifts. I love his interaction with the fans and he makes a beeline for the north stand and stays out the longest on the pitch at the end of every home game.
Hope we can sign him for next season along with England.
On another note I would love to see and hear the atmosphere we had at Leigh in the stadium this Sunday, I know we have nothing to chase but if we could replicate that support and sense of pride again it would do wonders for motivation all round.

Anyway back on topic. I hope the signing of Keegan Hirst is in addition to Fifita and not a replacement for him. With the impact and size he gives our pack he would leave a large hole, although i'm sure Hirst could fill it as he's a big lad himself.

There was everything wrong with his comments and it's been reported by me to the site. If the comments were racist about our players would you be ok about that? Or because they are homophobic is that acceptable? And don't give me all that 'he was only having a laugh crap' because that is the first excuse of a bully who's been found out. Interested to hear what the mods have to say about this because their silence is deafening.

I guess it depends what your definition of homophobic is. Is it showing signs of hatred, fear, hostility towards homosexual? I don't think it is. I think it might be an inappropriate comment to make, but homophobic? Nah.
