Is it? If he doesn't fancy it he's not the type of player we need.

| Having watched that origin game, I wished it was his brother we were trying to impress.

| Andrew Fifita sure is a big unit, hardly seen anything on David but if he is half as good and we do sign him, then we will have a great signing.

Exactly. Wakefield always gets the best out of hungry players with points to prove, this guy doesn't fit that profile.

Hold on that makes no sense - David is exactly that sort of player or am I missing something.

I think he's saying that by having second thoughts then he isn't hungry for the challenge. Then again we had 17 tonight that looked like hunger was the last thing on their minds.

| I do think a fresh face in the pack will be welcome.
Personally i dont think Walker and Yates are of the standard of regular super league while without trying to single out Scruton he just didnt look like he wanted to be there last night.
However this would be our final quota spot taken unless Anderson was to go back early. All the plays seem to come from Miller and I just dont think he gets enough support from Finn. I dont think he is at this level week in week out. Think we would have been better to bring in a younger and quicker no 7.

| Finn looked exceptionally pedestrian last night showing Campese how to get tackled virtually everytime you get the ball. Goal kicking has gone off a bit too over last couple of games. Apart from that he's really hitting the straps.

You're right but, that's where we miss Scott Moore, quick play the ball, quick scoots all put the defenders on the back foot, then Scruton and other forwards begin to look better players and "up" for it

| I thought Yates has played relatively well when he has played this year against Leeds and Widnes. Nothing fancy just doing his job.

If I'm not mistaken I think he watched last night's game on the top balcony where Chester and Co. stand.

| Id heard the same.
Hes a big unit according to wikipedia bigger than Frank the tannk.
If he is a replacement for Anderson then i would go with that. Could be used at first as impact prop from bench.
Just a bit concerned that we were also in the hunt for that winger too the other week plus also that centre from Batley

| Fifita is on his way, no second thoughts involved, he just wants to get out there on the pitch and get started as soon as he's allowed.
He's just the boost we need and just the player we need because we lack size up front and the games we've lost have been because we've been bullied in the middle especially when England and Scruton are off the field.
IMO Fifitas introduction will help Anthony Tupou release his best form on the edges as well, it's a bit like dropping the key stone into the top of an arch, suddenly the whole structure works.

Nice arch analogy, certainly a new one on me
