Hardaker "man of sh***"
Great isn't it?'"
Those runs - or 'scampers' as Eddie insists on calling them - would be useful if anyone was backing up; but since they've become ponderous and error prone, it just looks like one bloke trying to fix things on his own.
Hardaker has the look of a young player who has bought into his own hype; you can afford to be egocentric when you're on top of your game, and your club will forgive your foibles if it's worth the bother - this season, he definitely isn't, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him gone at the end of the season.
I'm enjoying it as much as the next man!

| Confidence is a huge thing in sport and when you are rock bottom confidence wise performances like Leeds last night happen! Very much reminds me of how we were last year...a crippling injury list and even when players start coming back and you're looking a decent side on paper, the rut is already set in...
We accepted early on where we were and what needed doing...Webster was roundly criticised, and maybe he was a little naive in coming out and publicly saying what he thought, but he wasn't burying his head in the sand over it like BM seems to be doing, just hoping it will all suddenly all click into place...
It's obvious to me what Leeds are lacking, other than the obvious confidence...and it was what we were too last year....the two players (IMO) who've helped make that difference highlight the point well...
They are missing an organiser and a quality hooker....They've been banging on about Maguire coming back but he's never been the organiser type who manages the game, likewise with Burrow...never for me been a quality nine who gets the pack going...and their Aussie nine looks dreadful from what I've seen of him...
Our two solutions to those two problem positions have been Finn and Moore...People, especially outside of our club wouldn't look at those two as quality super league players but boy have they made a huge difference this year! On paper we looked to have good halves/hookers last year but our game management was generally poor....with a more confident and fitter squad this season and Finn and Moore playing crucial roles we are a million miles different from last year...
It's late in the day for Leeds and I personally think they've left it too late to get in the 8 this year but add those two type of player to what they have and they won't be far off next year IMO...Really surprised they didn't sign a Gidley type player though like Warrington to try and replace Sinfield...

Beau Faloon - he's been awful for them; I think he may have been a panic buy, when they had to get rid of Aiton after another of his mysterious 'accidents...'

| They let Paul Mc go as Aiton could play 80 mins with Burrows as cover, then apparently Aiton wanted 40k a year more than they were willing to pay.
The main problem they have is over the last few years they have generally only brought in 1 good player per season, while their best players were getting older. They will loose all their pivots and second row pretty much soon. They are talking about a complete overhaul but in truth there just aren't that many good 6,7 and 9's around.
Any Aussie in there positions will not come to SL due to bigger money in Oz. Leeds tend to offer less money than other Super League clubs as they win trophies and after this year they may find they have to pay bigger money to attract people and this is possibly why Briely would would have been idea for them ended up at Giants'
What's his face at Bradford is off contract end of season and wait for the feeding frenzy then.

Can you imagine when young Rocky comes home from training and he is completely knackered and he has to face his dad at the door. 'You're not coming in here in that tracksuit! What's in that bag, it's not coming in here! Leave it outside , not outside the door, outside the bloody gate!'.
I've heard he has taken his washing line down so their neighbours don't see his kit on the line.

You obviously know him.
I think it's great that Ryan is doing so well, but, I'd love to be sat at the side of Mopsey if he scored the winning try against Wakey, he'd be a quivering wreck!icon_smile.gif

No the washing line is still there. Rocky left his Cas kit out over night to dry last week and thieves struck and next morning he realised thieves had struck.
The kit was still there but the local low lifes had stolen the clothes pegs.
And there goes the tumbleweed

The clothes pegs have been retrieved by the next door neighbour who lent mopsey em in the first place.
