As of now I couldn't give a toss anymore!'"
Summed up very well.

Gibson falls into the former while Tansey, Moore & Owen the latter'"
I know that and that is the point I'm making.
Powell is in a position to pick and chose but we are not.
You swap players about on the cheap, in the hope that this it may come off.
Prime example was Paea, good player that was probably crocked before he came to Wakey but a gamble that failed.

My point is that everyone knew Tansey and Moore weren't worth signing, everyone that is except the club.
Taking Cas cast offs isn't a bad thing per se, but who ever advised the club that these two were a step forward was either having a laugh or making money on the deal.
In the case of Gibson, he does represent a step forward. Maybe he's not the next Jamie Lyon but he's a solid dependable centre who does the basics well.

Absolutely agree 100% about Tansey and Moore......seriously!!!! What an utter disgrace.....whoever got that deal through was either blind, drunk, blind and drunk or on the take somehow....can anyone seriously believe that they would be signed by any other SL club.
And this Gibson fella is going to have to be a truly outstanding centre to oust the never dropped and utterly brilliant balls of steel pair we have in Arundull and Lynne.....I swear to god they are two of the laziest untalented total bottle jobs I have ever seen...Emily Bishop would run right over the pair of them....they are so SO BAD its EMBARASSING.

| Bradford don't have any better than Wakefield to work with , however they are stronger in key positions. Our pack must dominate the game next week we then need to improve in all other positions. It can be achieved but it's a tall order. Bradford will fancy their chances but nerves on both sides will play a key role. It's mega important to get off to the best of starts and build a lead. I don't think either club did themselves any favours over the weekend , but Bradford in particular would have been better fielding a better side and putting more pressure on Trinity. It's almost impossible to call but For me Wakefield have home advantage and hopefully will pull through. I expect fergy and Ryan will be full of beans for the game .

Taking cast offs from good coaches is recipe for trouble. Gilly has played Carter like a fiddle.

| So Carter signed the Cas cast-offs without any consultation from the WTW coaching staff just because Gilly talked him into it ?

Coaching staff !!!! call them that if you will , many don't rate them.
Fitness and conditioning that gets even worse.
Biggest mistake Mick Carter made was not to have a total clean sweep when Webster went.
