| Don't think I'd like to do without Sky Sports package. Have given up on the chat shows but never miss a game or the Super League Fulltime summary programme.
There's also the Premier League, Champions League, Cricket etc, etc etc.
The price is forever sneaking up and I often wonder how high it will go before I have to study its worth.

| Now TV sorts me out. I can get a day pass for £2.80 off eBay whenever I fancy watching a game. Certainly beats paying circa £40 a month regardless.

if I had more spare time on my hands like I used to do then I would still subscribe to watch the golf, occasional premier league game etc but I just get to watch the SL highlights by watching the SLS on bbc. If there is a real desire to watch a certain SL game on sky then I would find some way to watch it.
I have 2 young kids though so I never watch anything much "live" anymore - its a case of using SKY+ and watching stuff when I get chance, which is why I like the NRL - record it early doors and watch the replay not knowing the result when everyone is in bed.

Search for a now tv day pass, a number will come up with varying prices, bid for or buy it now and the seller's sends through the code. The last two I bought was for £2.80. Just make sure you've got a Internet connection greater than 2mbs (mines only 2.5) otherwise you'll encounter buffering

| I think you can stream it if you have an HD TV Vasty, my dad who lives in Cheshire told me he does it but I can't cos I don't have HD, I can only watch a game on the lappy.

You can watch in on your computer but I don’t think you can save it on a memory stick. I bought a little box for £10 which connects into my TV.

| Don't know about streaming to a TV, just stream on my laptop. It's a bit hit and miss here in the Phils as the internet connection is not the best. was usually better in sunny Wakey. I seam to remember naming streaming sites is taboo on here. If that is not the case now, let me know and I'll help you all I can. Streaming the test match as I speak!

Have you got Apple TV Vasty? I think that will do the same job as Now TV on your Mac.
As for the so-called 'free' streaming sites; they're illegal and from my limited experience of watching them, the quality is dreadful and is prone to constant buffering and drop-outs; and that's after the half a million pop-ups trying to sell you things and in some cases, install nasty bits of malware on your machine.

Viewing League from the North: |
|
| Avenger; I agree with all you say. As an outsider looking in, I am amazed at what the club have achieved - on and off the field - this season. Most of the admin staff gone, a change of coach, a number of key players transferred to avoid administration (glad the Bulls dropped their ludicrous challenge) and tipped by the Sky mob, amongst others, to be red hot favourites for relegation. Now, with five games to go, not only is the club safe from relegation, but has an outside chance of making the play-offs. Things are on the up, and long may it continue. Well done to all involved, including the supporters who have been through the mill in the last decade. All the best for the play-offs and for next season.
