Mathers on the wing in defence then switching in attack...ohhh Richard..what happens if play breaks down on tackle 5 as you are thinking about your little on pitch reshuffle???Jesus...and forgive me at Easter, but I despair. He has no idea what he is doing with Sammutt, Godinet, McShane and Seijka. We had em all on and all over the place today. I didn't even notice Seijka was on for 30 mins though I heard his name announced. We seemed to get better when I think Godinet was at 9 but then he was taken off. We shuffled the side around faster than a desperate poker player shuffles a pack of cards. I felt for Sammut, asked to perform in such a stupid way. Like neutering him. I thought all our key players looked like they did not believe in what they were being asked to do. In the programme Agar says 'we have to have faith in our beliefs'...well WHAT THE does that mean please? I suspect it it is another vapid statement fom a coach with NO idea. Matty Ryan, Richard Moore and Godinet gave a little spark. As ever Lyne can do things in attack but is FRIGHTENING in defence..just not a player we should have on the pitch but a shoe in for Richie. It was just more of the same. Depressing, dismal and desperate. We have to change something or I can't see many more points coming our way.

| I actually thought you lot played OK however some of agars selections are bonkers. Mathers on the wing was a waste of a player and an insult to the player left out. Godinet has been a decent player so far, arguably in the bracket of on of your better players yet was off the field for large parts. Sykes is a cart horse. Defensively it reminded me of us under Millward, are the players bending their backs for the coach? You'll have enough to stay up but to progress its definitely time for a new coach.

| I have continued to support Agar but even I think it is now time for a change while we are still ahead of the relegation zone. I guess all coaches reach the time when they can no longer offer the team anything further.
It appears that the team is no longer playing for him however, we can pontificate as much as we like but the final decision will be down to those in charge. I would suggest they discuss the situation with the senior players to gauge their opinions.
The bottom line is that all these threads demanding his sacking are now redundant and only serve to benefit those whose views are well documented and I presume understood by the people running the club. When we lose on Monday you will all be back on stating the same demands, why bother.

| I felt Huby and Clarke were your key players, when they went off we kind of got on the front foot. Scruton should be sent on loan to Doncaster to show him what its like, he's a professional he chose to leave Bradford to make him and his family safe we've done our part but we haven't got anything from him as of yet.

| Quote: charlie63wildcat "There was NO improvement. You must have been at a different match. There was 20 post halme mins when Cas got sleepy and made errors, letting us back in. There was also the appearance of Godinet who made a difference in taking us forward only to be taken off again. Utter rubbish is all I have to say and we were lucky not to have a bigger humiliation than we got'"
Same game different view.
I was disappointed at times today but I can't understand why you and Wilzay are so keen to blame Agar.
I have no doubt Wakefield stepped up after half time. There was a clear effort to make something happen.
Cas were caught off guard.
I don't get the poor defence points either. There were times where we had some great defence. On the line we held them out for a couple of sets.
What let us down was often individual mistakes. Like when we dropped the ball and they got the ball free. Lynn had loads of time to tackle him and got hands on him but just dropped off.
There was one where we made 5 strong tackles but then gave a stupid penalty away on the last and gave them a lift down field.
Added to that the position changes that have been mentioned.
I prefer Mathers at full back but Sammut certainly added something different. He made some tackles for a start.
Godinet was limping before he went off.
Changing Mathers to wing or centre when he and Lynn switched isn't an excuse for Mathers to be lazy.
That is Mathers not Agar.
Seems like a lot of the moaning is decided before the game.
I'd love to hear a plan to improve but I haven't seen it on here.

| One plan would be to play players in their correct positions, another would to be to not play players clearly injured (Kirmond), another would be to show faith in your younger members of the squad and realise that McShane whilst quality isn't an 80 minute hooker and needed Wildie to spell with him. I'd add when players are either in form or struggling for form they should retain their spot or be replaced by another player fitted to that position. It'd also be nice to utilise our bench properly and all 4 subs rather then give them token 5 minutes at the end. It'd also be an idea that whilst Agar identify faults we would actually improve in these area's rather then see them week after week. There's plenty more, but I can't be bothered just like Agar and his ability to motivate the team

"On the line we held thm out for a couple of sets". I can't see that as anything positive I'm afraid.
This is not Ameriacn football. We don't have offence and defence teams. You can't switch players around positions like a merri- go -ound and expect a consistent performance. It was hopeless, sorry. I admire your positivity but if you think that we improved to any significant level today then I would have to say I think you are wrong. Yes, we came out with a bit of fire in our bellies after half time. BUT Cas definitely switched off and made key errors that helped us a lot. Once they got their act together it went back to being one way traffic as it was for most of first half.

First time I have smiled today...a Cas fan tells us the truth, though I think you are being generous in victory...Apart from a flicker from the corpse after half time, and 3 or 4 good individual efforts we were rank

For god's sake wake up and smell the coffee! When the team was read out you must have been asking questions? When the team ran out and lined up you must have been asking more? Agar clearly doesn't know who his starting 17 are. The sooner you realise Agar hasn't got a clue what he's doing the better!

You are correct, I did wonder why.
And I was upset with the early performance, but none of it in my opinion was down to players out of position.
And I haven't seen a post that points one out yet.
I've seen plenty of people suggesting that both Sykes and Mathers play centre, and suggesting giving Harry a go.
Godinet is an international hooker. I would prefer him at scrum half but it's not like he can't play there.

All of them. It's his responsibility to ensure the players perform at their best. We are not.
Cas = a team playing greater than the sum of its parts.
Wakey = a team playing below the sum of its parts.
This is reminiscent of the worst days of Tony Smith, or even Peter Roe!
