| Your the only person on here who tends to drone on and 20k+ posts is testament to that.
Did you really find my post sickening? Such a weak disposition, better have a lay down.
Forums are all about creating your own theories, like your theory that Ted was a good owner.
Wind your neck in and stop assuming you know everything.
Quote: vastman "It's so easy to be a sideline cynic, this really sickening post from someone who's clearly created there own theory based on absolutely no knowledge of whats actually happening IMO.
Please don't drone on about being in the industry or knowing a man who is, heard it all before. I mean of course from the "experience" you have in these one off developments must be immense

I would imagine redeveloping the RS Stadium.
So, If plan B is been looked at does that mean that not enough units have been allocated for the new stadium build at NM to go ahead ?

| I would imagine the stadium trust keeping their options open if plan b came along which would be the new plan A. ie the best and quickest way to get the best facilities for the City of Wakefield

| with your user name you would think it would happen but obviously with my user name i don't think it will happen but hope eventually you end up better than you are now. i think cas have been lucky that the original GH project collapsed and now this new better project has appeared on the horizon. its just made me wonder if who ever is leading the NM push jumped in at the first offer when if they had waited and got some other bidders interested there may have been a much better funding option there. i also think there will be less opposition to the stainburn avenue project as it is retail and country park rather than large industrial units. i know hindsight is a great thing but just wondered what you all think now that you know who the trust members are.

Why do you think it won't happen? As for jumping in first what other option was there? As for a better funded option do you know what the funding is for nm? I think Nm will happen just don't know when that's the problem and if a plan b becomes available as a quicker option then that should be looked at. Don't forget it's the Wakefield Stadium Trust in charge of the project not WTRLFC, what's to say WTRLFC are looking at other options available to us rather than just waiting for nm. That said I think NM will happen.

| TRB, you've announced that you and IA are now part of the Stadium Trust Board but you've also, for the first time, shown some doubt over Newmarket happening.
A couple of posters have picked up on the change in position and asked genuine questions but received silence as an answer.
Would you fill us in on what's changed because something definitely has

It's not that he doesn't think it will happen it's more like he hopes it doesn't happen. No doubt he hopes/thinks Castleford proposed new stadium will happen. As usual most of us are not privy to the important information that would enable us to make an informed judgement. This will always have respective fans fall back on their biases.
One good thing is that now franchising has gone the pressure is hopefully off to be the first to build, this should see a lot of bad feeling drift away. Hopefully both sets of fans can take a more supportive roll of each other projects.

Why would the funding for the Stainburn Avenue project be any easier than Newmarket?

| I can only think it's the part where they build a huge acreage of woodland to pacify the people who may try to stop it with environmental arguments like happens for Newmarket

It won't,
He/she is a made up username specifically created to troll this forum - don't bite I'd say.
