Yep he's come over as a misogynst IMHO....
I find it ironic that Salford have drawn us for their first game of the season probably as we are perceived pushovers this season so the RFL want to give them an easy start and get a roll on into the season. Unless there is a transparent and objective way they select the fixtures?
It would have been more apt for them to get a Wigan away but that was never going to happen was it?
A little like when we got newly promoted Widnes the other season away on their plastic pitch for the first game then and we know what happened then don't we?
Hope the WTW squad draw strength from the perception of being the basement club just making up the numbers and prove a few wrong as they did a couple of seasons ago..

I'm suggesting that if he thinks poking as many women as you can until you find a good lay is the norm then he's been spending to much time watching his stallions at work at stud.
I'm surprised he's married at all!

And a newly promoted Hull KR away. Too much of a coincidence don't you think. Another indication the games bent.

| Anyway good on the Doctor, reckon most of what he said is spot on. Ultimately the RFL are not fit for purpose.

| If you're suggesting hidden agenda's then you'd have thought our fixtures would have been fixed to play Bradford early on in the season to give them a leg up........hmm.

| Koukash talks like a person who is new to the game and can see what a great product he has bought into.
He talks like he does about the sponsorship deals because he is a businessman and knows how to negotiate at good deal to the max.
Unfortunately when the people in charge of our game don't value it as highly or are not confident enough to sell it as a first rate product, you end up with what happened last year with Stobbart.
So when a company comes along and dangles some money in front of the RFL to sponsor the league, they snap their hand off, which in turn devalues the league.
Same with the Sky deal, it's lazy negotiating but may have been brought on by a few clubs being financially unstable and requesting an advance on existing Sky money.
I just hope the Dr doesn't get disillusioned if his team he has put together doesn't get the backing he expects from the public of Salford.
He needs to talk to a few of his mates to invest in RL clubs and point out that they can buy a club and a team for the same money it would cost for a mediocre footballer!!

Can't beat a knee-jerk accusation of racism - lovely stuff!

no problems being a sacrificial lamb as it back fire when we got Wigan away,
I personally think its meant to hype the first game up no doubts with the sale of Smithy, it does make it a tasty fixture

Really? I could have sworn it was a thread to make childish accusations of anti-Wakey bias against the RFL.

| None of threads are about Bradford. They're all about the last 30 years of RL in Wakefield.
