I kind of know what you mean, but you and I both know that there's no such thing; it's in us because we can't attract or afford the kind of player who is the complete package - if they are, they play at Leeds, Wigan, Wire etc. Equally, we don't yet produce players who are the complete package and haven't done for ages. What we're left with is players who have maybe 2/3 of what it takes to be a top quality player, so we're 2/3 of a top quality team.
