the ones banned so far are the only ones which have been 100% positively identified, you cant ban someone if you havent identified who they are

Sad thing is that these are older blokes who should know better. Still alcohol and limited grey matter is not a good combination.

It probably needed doing but a sad day for Rugby and sad that there will be segregation now.

If all clubs end up going down that route i think it will damage one of the things that makes RL great which is the ability of fans to mix together.

Most clubs have some form of segregation, I think that's part of the problem some fans who's teams play in new stadiums which have designated away stands don't know how to interact with home fans when visiting old unsegregated grounds. Trouble shouldn't happen and the trouble could have been avoided if the widnes fans who had been goading Wakefield fans who were unfortunate to stand near them all match had been stewarded correctly instead of letting it carry on and escalate into violence.

I wanted to exchange my friend for a tenner Hudds Town voucher for a Wakey ticket in the away end a couple of seasons ago and refused one,when asked for one down the side I was refused one because I wasn't a Shudds fan.Ended up getting someone else getting a side view ticket for me using the voucher.Contradiction springs to mind.

Great work by Wakey. Well done to the club. As has been mentioned earlier in the thread, hopefully any Widnes wrongdoers will get the same treatment.

This is good work by the club and should go some way to mitigating any action the RFL might take.

Well played Wakefield and the guy in the blue top who threw first punch is difficult to notice.Can not understand why they went into the Widnes section.Middle age men hitting 16 year olds is silly.

I wonder if any of the five men are ST holders or just casual supporters ? Grown men fighting with kids - and on a monday night of all nights !
