So well run we have to give another player away to get another of our own back as we can't afford to pay for them all. Or our bills. Super stuff, i'm so proud.

I don't get your point at all.
Surely a well run club (or a not bad one at least) sends players who are not playing to a club that will let them play and pay them too. And then when we need them has done a deal to get them back.

Some of you guys have been specifically moaning about this and now that you have exactly what you said should have happened has happened, try to find a way to prove you were right to moan rather than say well done to the club.

Beats me why you bother paying to watch.

What's been swept under the carpet?

The fact that we're not cash rich and we do after juggle our finances, what's the surprise there and unless we start getting 10k through the gate regularly it isn't going to change, it's always going to be about compromises.

Personally I don't have a problem with sending guys out to other clubs and letting them pick up the tab, obviously with the injuries it's caused one or two problems, especially with TT getting injured so soon but at the time it must have seemed like a good bit of business. Now it seems we have got Mariano & Walshaw back and sent Mellars and Molloy the other way, which for me is a good thing and strengthens the side. I'd rather them be there playing each week than sat doing nothing, not keeping match fit. We've seen when some of our players have come back from injuries or not played for a few weeks how unfit they look, sooner we get back to having a reserve side the better.

I think sending Annakin is a good move also if correct. He's been in some hard tough games this year and probably played more than expected, it will do him good some time away from SL but also to keep playing. We don't want to get him too banged up too soon at his age.

I agree if its done right it works for both parties to do it this way, sending out a player under terms is fine, if its done right.

Annakin has just signed a new contract recently, so no need to play him to death in Super League. If Molloy has gone to Dews and Mariano has come back from Fev for Mellars, can't see the problem. Fev will still be paying the same for Mellars as Mariano, but we will be making the difference up. Mariano will get a chance to play, where as Mellars, now most of our backs are fit would struggle to get in.
