Agar neees to motivate the players. We havent turned into a bad team overnight just sloppy in defence and need to get individuals motivated. Sign a stand off or give goulding a chance he's been going well from what I hear.

Agar will be trying to motivate players but sometimes the players attitudes aren't there. Stands Offs are hard to find and Im sure that Agar will be looking for one. Goulding I dont think will be able to handle the game at SL level yet, he's not exactly destroying teams for Doncaster is he?

Interesting that someone who advocates giving young players a go would want Kear back.

JK is not the answer to our current problems.

While I agree Agar needs to go for the team to improve, I don't believe its a possibility in financial terms. So we'd best settle in for another long season. This is a side Agar put together, he's had money, we've got some good players, also lost some good players, he's got to start getting better out of them simply, its our only realistic option.

Carry on like this and one things for sure they wont sell as many season tickets next year and all the hard work of getting the fans through the turnstiles will be lost.On to the end of next season and thats all the good work down the drain then a move to Newmarket and it wont make a jot those lost fans who will just think "same old rubbish different stadium".For all JK did a fantastic job of keeping the club up when he came and Im sure he would have this lot higher up the table I dont think hes the answer.I was willing to give Agar a chance but enough is enough as even last season you could see where the side was weak and nothing has changed appart from the fact the players now appear to be giving up the ghost.That performance on Saturday was a total shambles and the whole lot players and coaching staff need to take a long hard look around.

Na not John Kear, atleast we are capable of playing some quite entertaining/expansive rugby at times under agar. Question is: is this current group of players capable of better and are underachieving under agar, or are they just actually not really that good.....?

Think should stick with Agar till end of season then if we've gone backwards, get rid although it'll cost for the 3rd year of his contract and a drop in pre-season ticket sales if we don't turn it around and/or sack Agar.

Apart from Annakin I wouldn't renew any of this lots contracts or extend them. There are a few fringe players that have not progressed in last 12 months and think a career in the championship beckons for them. There are those in the first 20 who are not up to it week in week out whether its fitness or heart or both I'm not sure but there won't be a queue to sign them. We all know who they are that follow the team so they won't be named.

Can't look at shifting many of them now as need the bodies as squad is so small but there is a lack of passion from such a disjointed defensive and attacking display and think there may be trouble at mill between players and coaches as they clearly aren't taking on board instruction/ coaching if its happening?
