| Quote: passionate "Thanks for the info seal and big lad much appreciated. As you can tell i am still learning everything that is on this site.
I do believe there are no tables regarding the 15s and 16s scholarships,15s were due to play 8 games but only played 4 due to the poor weather. The last game is Leeds this Saturday, and the same for the 16 s I'm led to believe. There are some talented kids in both ages who will make it if looked after and what I've seen and heard is one of the best scholarships going.

| Grassroots 15 & 16's are the future but.... that been said only 4 games or even 8 doesn't give them much chance to upskill - sad really. After all SL doesn't get cancelled due to poor weather. So no doubt already been suggested maybe starting later in the season for the Juniors.

| Just been told that Lillycrop got MOM, which IMO is unjustified. The view of so called people who are in charge of this game can be so one dimensional, only seeing players who supposedly have a go forward game and nothing else to offer is apalling. Lillycrop is known for his barn storming runs, but is it only me that see's him run from deep, making it look a good run, but when he meets the opposition makes either no yards or very limited yards because he more or less stops dead where he is tackled. If they wanted to pick someone for making yards, as they always seem to do and not for an overall contribution to the game, then Matt James would have been the better option. I thought in the game against Wigan James went missing, possibly thinking that he didn't have to work whilst on the field in the reserves, but actually he proved me wrong this week and made some fantastic drives.
My beef before you all start, isnt with Lillycrop, but that no one sees the players who have all aspects of the game covered in attack and DEFENSE.
Why Morrison said the game was sloppy, I would only hope he was pointing the finger at Issac John who had plenty of chances to pass to players in back up play, but chose to either run the ball himself or run back on himself and loose momentum and field position.
The game changed each time Ryan Wright came on the field. That lad is quality. He has the ability to pick a stale game up and change it completely.

| Congrats Lillycrop for MOM. I understand that some supporters can see one thing yet coaches / management another. But who actually picks the MOM. Is it the coach / management team / players / stats /is it from the improvements that have been seen in that player. Not all teams do it the same. So what one person notices compared to another can be frustrating at times. But to blame one person for a teams performance is not right either. There is 13 on the field. From what i understand from comments on the forum John didn't run the ball up and he needed to start doing it!! Now he is trying to inject this into his play, so good on him for trying to improve. Great to hear that Wright and James had a good run.
I hope that their coach of the day lets all the boys know what they did well, or not. The fun of being a coach instead of a supporter. Don't envy them at all.
