I too have been away from BV for a long time after years of following the side every game and left after being sick of the things I was hearing and the direction it was all going.Belive me when an old friend was the coach the things that happened then and even after when players who I met through him said why they left.I carried on my support then in the early eighties I said enough and just went to a couple of games a season.I get the feeling that this guy (AG) has the club at heart and wants only the best for the club and not what he can get out of the club.I have said in the past if I won the big one on the lottery not a penny would go to BV as I would not trust the regime.With this guy in charge I would have to say lets start talking about me putting some money in.I think you can say BV will be seeing a lot more from this Outwood lad from now on.

I'd still be happy with scraping into the 8 next year as it will be tough to gel a new team together but looking forward to the battle.

I have to agree with Clan, lets not get our hopes up too high, this is a long building process, next year will be Glovers first full year as owner and I'am sure he as lots of things to sort out still to make this great club the best again, so lets keep our feet on the ground, and keep working together as a club/fans then the good times will come..

It's all positive signings last week but having a load of parts doesn't build a model without the glue to make it all stick. IMO we need to announce the coach ASAP and definatley before the season ticket announcements. Coach is key and must be announced ASAP.

Get to the Cas game, hopefully there will be some really positive news re season tickets to build on the signings.

The people who kept the faith were the ones who thought we were down but still kept plugging away. TRB, Inflaitable the Supporters Trust people the Club who did what was required. I know for sure that most of these people thought we were out including AG who has more or less said so.

Though I don't deny your enthusiasm and belief it was pure luck and nothing else. a 50/50 bet. It's easy to shout the odds on here and say I told you so but it's far harder to do all the right things and carry on even though all logic tells you you're beaten. There the ones who kept the faith.
