If Jarrad is staying then the club need to put a plan into action like the one given to Richard More when he first signed.

He has to get into shape before the pre season training starts. So he should be told to report to our fitness people every day during the off season for one on one training. If he misses a session then he should be fined. The aim should be to shift 3 stone so that he is able to take part in the pre season training.

It certainly worked for Richard More

Think he deserves another year but they need to blood the likes of Gledhill too, he seemed to miss out this season for someone who was clearly unfit and could only manage 20 mins (19 of which with his hands on his head taking deep breaths).

I'm confident he'll add value next season; he may have let himself and the club down in terms of his condition on arrival, but let's not forget this lad was a renowned beast in the NRL.

I get your point but surely the coaching staff should shoulder some of the blame (not for his fitness but for picking him instead of trout gleadhill etal). Get him in shape ready for next season and let's see what ge can do

Pointless really, if he's under contract you would still have to pay his wages.

If the man is unable to get fit, I would have thought this would negate the contract , as he is unable to forfill his side of the contract .
