Well he can say what he likes but he can't do it if he hasn't the money and as stated on here the aim is to be self funding.

The ground apparently costs 100k to rent and the temporary structures will cost an estimated 400k so that's 500k additional costs for 2012 straight up. I'm not being negative but that has to come from somewhere. If you know where I'm willing to listen.
