| We will not be short of effort thats for sure and a good start is paramount. And if we perform to our maximum and Warrington are off their game and take us lightly then we may get away with a relatively close battling defeat. If Wire perform anything like they are capable then the gulf in class will be all too evident and keeping them under 50 will be difficult. My prediction is around the 64-10 mark.

| Quote: Come On The Trin "I am not looking forward to this game. On current form Warrington could get a cricket score.
Against a fit, strong and confident Wolves side I fear a severe hammering is on the cards. On Sky too which is the last thing we want.'"
After the debacle of the close season and those clubs nicking our players, the only positive to look forward to is the sympathy vote if Hemmings lays it on thick enough for us on Friday night.

I hope Bryan Carney is part of the commentary team because he appears to have sympathy for us however it is irrelevant to me because i will be there so fortunately i will not have to put up with the rubbish that Eddie and Stevo spout.

| It will be tough, no doubt, as TRB said turn up expecting the worst but for gods sake TURN UP!
The last thing we need is Belle Vue looking like it's been annexed by the adjacent cemetery.
Bring a flag and wave it!
Buy a vuvuzela and blow it!
Dig out a rattle and spin it!
Plain old chant if that's all you've got!
Let's at least look as though we are here and we are fighting, we don't want the silence that we had during the Salford game, even if it means applauding the rugby that the Warrington team play.
I know it's not easy but let's make noise and generate atmosphere it's one thing that's free and in our control!
Get behind the lads and show everyone watching on SKY that Wakefield still cares about Rugby League!
Here's the challenge!
Can we make enough noise to solicit a comment from the SKY Commentary team?

Anything but those bloody vuvuzalers
I agree we all need to turn up and make some noise.

| This is just the sort of game where we can pull off a shock victory. I really hope we can, especially with it being live on Sky.
If the game goes to form though as many expect, it will only go to confirm our fears for the season.

Well put; some enthusiastic singing and chanting would lift the lads and stick forks up at both Waldorf and Statler and the RFL.
Any drummers/trumpeters out there prepared to lead us? It would also help if the PA was a) working properly and b) used to get us going. It's a poor show if we can't drown out that 'Warry-Warry-Warrington' malarkey!
Also, amongst the chav-tastic match day experience at Odsal on Sunday, I thought the fireworks that went off as the team ran out was a nice touch - any chance that Mr Glover could let off a few rockets from the top of the block of flats, whilst blasting out some rousing music?
We need atmosphere!

| It really is a must that the people of Wakefield turn out, more so than the Salford game.
SKY are waiting to give us some shoe, so lets show em, bring the mates from work or the pub that are just going to watch on T.V.
Hopefully Warrington will bring more than the couple of hundred brought by Salford, but its on SKY and its full price so a lot of the £10ers may be put off, so its going to be a challenge to beat the 6800 from two weeks ago.
The challenge should you chose to accept it, is to beat the attendance against Salford.
This tape will self distruct in 10 seconds.

| 5k tops for the Wire game, with them bringing a healthy following too.
Hope I'm wrong though.

To adapt a chant used previously by the Harlequins supporters to show their appreciation to Gafa;
‘One F in Wakefield, there's only one F in Wakefield.
One F in Wakefield……’
With respect to the match, I am expecting Warrington to hammer Trinity but sport does have these odd tendencies to produce the unexpected. I think complacency may be the biggest threat Warrington will have to battle. After two pretty intense games against Leeds and Saints, this match is a bit of a come down for them, and if they don’t show up with the right frame of mind then it could be a relatively close match.

It is "Fifita" not "Fafita"
If you don't know the difference between "there", "their" and "they're" I might get annoyed.
Sharing First World problems so you can get it right first time.

| Unfortunately due to prior committments I am unable to make the game and will watch the Sky recording on Saturday.
I do fear for the scoreline but fully support the effort of our team. As long as the lads maintain the effort they have shown early this season then proud is what we all will feel. If any players are reading this then keep your heads up lads and never stop trying; you never know what opportunity can appear in a second. Keep the faith throughout the season and results will improve.
Wakefield forever.

Eddie and Stevo will be reading off their SKY script banging on about wakeys troubles and how they prob won't be in sl next season whilst also continually telling everybody that they must remember Warrington have a couple of 1st teamers missing.

I think you are about right. The fact that it is on TV against a team that are expected to give us a touch up will affect the crowd massively. This game should not be £20.

Top six 2005 - Trinity.: |
|
| In all seriousness this attendence should be more than 5k with travelling support from wire generally good.
I have a silver membership so i pay £15 which is reasonable.
I hope there is alot of promoting this game behind the scenes happenning. We need to boost our home attendences by any means possible. Away attendences im not fussed about but the focus needs to be on home games.
SKY being there automatically takes people off the gate unfortunately.
I know we work well with schools in the area... does anybody know if school children/parents get discounted tickets through the schools? maybe a family ticket for home games can be introduced.. 1 x adult and 1 x child £25 . 2 x adults 1 x child £38 etc.
