Snowie kick off and say you want to cancel and they'll soon back down and fix it for free, worked for me they wanted £65 to fix mine and after digging my heels in they backed down and fixed it for free. just stand your ground! Please PM that link!

They tried the same with us a couple of years ago - told them to cancel my subscription ( disgusted as a loyal customer etc.etc)- ended up with sky+ for nowt (Inc. Installation ) . Try it on a bit , I would imagine they're desperate to keep customers at the moment .

Bradford, to their credit, seem to have taken a few.
I wonder how long it is before they go bust again, a SL team cannot survive on attendances like that.
